In October 08 Active PR won the 5 Star CNBC Property award for the region which qualified it for the International award.

The Arabian Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which have been running for 14 years. Due to their continual growth in size and standing, entries were received from 96 countries in 2008, and successful gala dinners have also been held in Asia, the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East to celebrate awards specific to these regions.
In total there were 21 different categories, and up to two of the most outstanding entries in each category were given a four-star award, while the best overall entry was given a five-star. Each five-star winner’s entry was then re-examined to decide the names that then go forward for the ultimate World’s Best Awards 2008; these outstanding international accolades were announced at a presentation dinner in Florida on 7th November 08.
There were 69 nominations for these awards in 2007, seventeen of which came from the Emirates – more than one quarter – and seven companies from this region alone were outright winners, proof of the Arabian property market’s prevailing quality and strength.
Supported by a host of well-respected professional bodies such as FIABCI, NAEA and NHBC to name but several, the awards are judged by an independent team of leading experts in the property, design and construction fields, together with property writers and sponsors.
