Eye of Dubai, the premier comprehensive tourism and investment guidebook and online portal for Dubai residents and visitors, has announced that it has been appointed as a media partner of the 4th Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS 2008), the only exclusive international exhibition for consumers which will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) from January 30 to February 2, 2008.
As media partner, Eye of Dubai will provide marketing and promotional support to showcase the enormous investment potential offered by Abu Dhabi, which has earmarked AED 1 trillion worth of construction projects for the next few years. With property ownership laws recently in place, Abu Dhabi has emerged as one of the leading players in the regional market with real estate businesses reporting growth rates of up to 25 per cent.

IREIS 2008, which is under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, expects to gather the most prominent international real estate personalities and organisations from the public and private sectors. The exhibition, which will occupy three halls covering over 9,500 square meters, will facilitate various real estate investment opportunities and services in major property markets in the UAE capital and around the world.
Eye of Dubai will provide extensive coverage of the comprehensive real estate event through its online portal (www.eyeofdubai.com), which has recently been awarded as one of the best websites in Dubai. Eye of Dubai guidebooks will also be distributed for free during the exhibition.
