Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), one of the leading Islamic banks in the region, has announced the launch of its new branch at "Dalma Mall" in Musaffah. This new branch furthers the bank’s expansion plans to strengthen its on-ground presence and services outreach within the UAE.
The new branch, located on the first floor, adjacent to Carrefour at Dalma Mall, is ADIB’s 10th branch in Abu Dhabi’s Eastern Region and the 55th branch of its overall network. It will offer customers financial flexibility through access to a large portfolio of Shari’a compliant products for individuals and businesses.
Commenting on the launch, Sameh Al-Awadallah, Head of Branches at ADIB, said: "We understand that accessibility to trusted Shari’a compliant financial advice and the “human touch” is important for our customers. Which is the reason why expanding our network and increasing on-ground presence ranks high on ADIB’s plans. This new branch is a response to the growing demand for ADIB banking services. It will offer an extensive line of Shari’a complaint products and services, through the help of hospitable customer service representatives. We are confident that our customers will benefit from personalized service and advice that will make their banking experience a pleasant one."
In line with the bank's strategy to support and develop national talent and improve the Emiratization initiative in the banking sector, "Dalma Mall" branch will be managed by Mr. Ahmed Al-Melhi, Branch Manager, supported by a team of qualified UAE nationals.
It is worth mentioning here that Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank has inaugurated a number of branches in different parts of the UAE during this year, where ADIB inaugurated branch in Dubai Mall and another branch in Al-Bawadi Mall in Al-Ain.
