ALBAWABA - Ever since the beginning of Al Aqsa Flood operation, tension across the West Bank spiked rapidly as the Israeli forces intensified their raids across various parts of the West Bank killing more than 100 Palestinians, with at least six in the last 24 hours.

In the West Bank city of Qalqilya, Israeli forces killed 19-year-old Hamza Sayel Taha with a bullet to the chest during a military raid in the area. Heavy confrontations flared up between residents of the town and the occupation forces.

During a massive military raid into the Qalandia refugee camp, north of the city of Jerusalem, the Ministry of Health confirmed the killing of Ahmad Ghaleb Mutair by Israeli fire. The Ministry stated that a Palestinian youth arrived at the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, after being hit by live bullets in the chest and head.

According to reports, five more camp young Palestinians were injured by live gunfire in Qalandia. The occupying soldiers attacked hundreds of locals' homes, blew up some of their doors, robbed them, and beat up a number of civilians.

Three Palestinians were killed and several more were injured when Israeli occupation forces attacked a group of civilians in the Jenin camp early Wednesday morning.

According to local sources, the occupation forces stormed the town of Burqin, Wadi Burqin, and the Al-Hadaf neighborhood in the camp, and deployed their snipers on the roofs of a number of homes and buildings, before an Israeli warplane fired at least two missiles toward a group of citizens near the Jenin Camp cemetery, killing Mohammad Qadri Al-Sabah, Mahmoud Al-Fayed, and Mohammad Abu Qatana.

The Ministry of Health reported that the death toll in the West Bank had risen to 103 since October 7, with the killing of four youths in Jenin and Qalqilya at dawn today, and the killing of a youth as a result of his injury several days ago in Tulkarm, WAFA reported.

Hamas operation against Israel

Hamas military group announced on Oct. 7 a military operation called "Al-Aqsa Flood" against Israel which is the biggest offensive in decades.

Palestinian fighters “infiltrated” Israel from the Gaza Strip and captured military bases and took hostages as photos and videos went viral online showing Hamas fighters on vehicles inside Israel and others paragliding into occupation territory.

In response, Israeli armed forces announced targeting Hamas positions inside the Gaza Strip. Thousands were killed, and dozens of thousands of others were injured in the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
