ALBAWABA- In a tragic incident, suspected insurgents in Manipur state in India kidnapped and killed four villagers, including a father and son, who had gone to a nearby forest to collect firewood.

 This disturbing event raises questions about the effectiveness of the "buffer zone" amid ongoing ethnic tensions between the Kuki and Meitei communities.
