Jadaf Dubai started successfully the second Training Course in the Maintenance and Operations of Syncrolift system to be run for three months with the participation of trainees from Qatar and UAE.
Hassan Ali Musabeh Al Shamsi, Technical Manager in Jadaf Dubai said Jadaf Dubai considered in this aspect to be the first firm in the preparing such a comprehensive training course not only in the UAE but also in the Arabian Gulf region and the coast countries of the Indian ocean.
He added: “In fact Jadaf Dubai has accumulated a huge deal of knowledge and experience in both maintenance and operation fields. In addition to that, the knowledge of related service which qualifies it to play a major role in this aspect.
“Jadaf Dubai is following and applying quality control on Docking and Undocking Systems, in order to make Jadaf Dubai as regional training center to train the technical staff who will be managing and operating such systems in all countries that have those systems and equipments. All this representing one part of several subjects covered by the training course. Even it is the most important topic but the subject of syncrolift maintenance represents other important topic for this course.
The operations process will not run for a longer period of time without proper and genuine maintenance so that the international standard and safety criteria can't be neglected. And on the other hand the Training Course included other different subject like fire fighting, marine environment and safety measures. Jadaf Dubai administration has a policy of training the working manpower and transfer the knowledge from the experience person to the new generation in addition, Jadaf Dubai participated and follows many institute and specialized organization in developing the training program with in UAE, Al Shamsi said.
By introducing such training course at a professional level, he noted, has given us a new stage and wide horizon in the field of transferring the experience to the others. Finally, the potential gathering of technical department represented by the Technical Manager, the Engineers and the Technical Staff has a major effect in the success of the Training Course , in addition to the potential of operation department represented by deputy operation manager, Dock master and senior staff with the interaction of development and training section.
