Twenty Daesh militants have been killed in northern Syria by Turkish airstrikes, the military said Sunday.
The attacks at around 7.30 p.m. local time (1630GMT) on Saturday also destroyed three buildings being used by the group around Tal al-Hawa, the Turkish General Staff said in a statement. The region lies to the east of the town of Al-Rai.
Operation Euphrates Shield was launched on Aug. 24 to drive terrorists from the border area and has seen the Free Syrian Army backed by Turkish air power, tanks and artillery.
