ALBAWABA - Sudanese activists said that at least 10 civilians were killed in paramilitary shells in Khartoum.
Activists added that the attacks hit a mosque and other civilian buildings in the Sudanese capital leading to the death of 10 people on Tuesday.
AFP reported citing a local resistance committee: "10 civilians were killed and 11 wounded in artillery shelling by the Rapid Support Forces in Al-Samrab neighborhood."
In a phone call with AFP, the committee confirmed: "Some shells fell on a mosque, a health center, and citizens’ homes."
It is worth mentioning that the Sudanese resistance committee used to plan pro-democracy protests before the war which started on April 15 and currently it provides assistance to people affected by the Sudan war.
Clashes erupted in Sudan between the Sudanese Armed Forces, led by Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan and Rapid Support Forces (RSF), led by commander Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, who's commonly known as Hemedti.
