Unisex sterling collection ‘Rebel at Heart’ has become Thomas Sabo’s first best-seller at the brand’s outlet along The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence, just ahead of the Valentine’s holiday.
Winged heart pendants with pavé accents, striking leather bracelets, glittering ‘dog tags’, angel wing earrings and necklaces, and crowned skull motifs are finding favour with male and female shoppers looking for a unique, affordable Valentine’s gift or something edgy for the weekend.
“Increasingly, the music and youth culture in the region is encouraging both men and women to express their personalities through accessories, and our ‘Rebel at Heart’ pieces have become the most requested items since we opened in Dubai a few weeks ago,” said Nagi Adal, the director of the first-ever Thomas Sabo outlet in the region.
“Despite the economic downturn, people still want to mark Valentine’s Day and other special occasions, and high-quality sterling jewellery is the perfect pick-me-up as it is affordable, individual and recession-proof!” he added.
In addition to its unisex accessories, Adal reports that Thomas Sabo’s pearl collection and its hundreds of sterling charms for bracelets or necklaces have also been snapped up by both Dubai residents and tourists in the last month.
Thomas Sabo’s new store can be experienced at the Plaza level of the Murjan building in Jumeirah Beach Residence, with convenient free parking just underneath or an easy walk up from street level.
