The production company ‘Rotana’ has begun airing the latest music video by Jordanian singer Diana Karazon on all its satellite music stations. The clip is for the song “Kathab Alai” (He lied to me) and is sung in the Lebanese dialect. The song is written by Anwar Makkawi and composed by Lebanese artist Mahmoud Eid.
Direction of the clip is by young Jordanian director Yaqoub Lambiz and the story of it tackles sexual abuse, a topic Diana said she was very interested in presenting to create awareness of different social topics that are of major concern to society.
The director revealed that the clip presents a very sensitive and daring topic, but the clip is directed in a way that the scenes respect the general Arab audience.
