The new film "Hath Sa'eed" (Good Luck) made a surprising gross net of 2 million Egyptian pounds, despite the backdrop of Egypt's difficult transitional times.
Even though this movie, deemed weak, was predicted to flop, critics claim that its success is due to the fact that the storyline draws on the dramatic events that took place on January 25 - the auspicious day of the revolution.
The movie stars Ahmad Eid, Mai Kassab and Ahmad Safwat, written by Ashraf Tawfiq and directed by Tareq Abdul Maqsoud.
