Adel Imam tops film charts

Prominent Egyptian comedian actor Adel Imam’s latest film “Alzheimer” is topping movie charts in Egypt. The film has since its screening during the recent Muslim holiday Eid Al Adha made over 8 million Egyptian pounds in profit.

The events of the film, which is a comedy, revolve around a rich man that has the disease Alzheimer. The man has numerous assets, which his two greedy sons attempt to take over. The sons file a lawsuit against their father claiming he is not fit mentally to manage his wealth. The events take a round turn and a surprise occurs that changes everything.

The film stars Adel along with Fathi Abd Al Wahab, Ahmad Riziq, Nelly Kareem and Mohammad Al sawi. Nader Salah Al Din wrote the film and Amru Arafah was in charge of the direction.
