A car bomb rocked a Shiite religious procession in north Yemen, killing 15 people on Wednesday, according to AFP. Shiite spokesman Mohammed Abdulsalam said the attack targeted Shiites who were preparing to mark Al-Ghadeer, the day on which Shiites mark the annointment of Ali.
The spokesman did not rule out that the attack could have been a suicide bombing.
