Live the race at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

A Chinese family festival is coming to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi in celebration of the Chinese Grand Prix taking place from 15-17 April 2011.

A host of Chinese-themed entertainment and acts will be spread throughout the park, bringing to life the deep culture, long history and outstanding culinary arts from one of the world’s oldest civilisations.

Guests will be able to enjoy numerous acts, including a Chinese Dragon show, martial arts, and unique photo opportunities as well as traditional Chinese cuisine and music inside the region’s premier entertainment centre.

“Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will be a blaze of colour and exciting shows from China as we celebrate the Chinese Grand Prix, Ferrari style,” said Andy Keeling, Park Manager, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. “Come and salute China with us this weekend while enjoying a wide variety of rides and attractions for all the family.”

While Scuderia Ferrari is blitzing around the Shanghai International Circuit, guests will be able to share in the experience with the team in the world’s only Ferrari theme park. All of the pre-race build up and qualifying will be shown live from China, culminating in race-day, with Ferrari World Abu Dhabi opening an hour early at 11AM on Sunday 17 April 2011 to allow guests to experience the full race.

The event is supported by Chinese associations in the UAE, and Etihad Airways, which will highlight the remarkable tourism and cultural heritage of China.

Home to more than 20 rides and attractions which appeal to every member of the family, including Driving with the Champion, Scuderia Challenge and Fiorano GT Challenge, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is perfectly placed to create lasting memories for all to share.
