ALBAWABA Mother's Day is a time when people around the world celebrate the profound influence and unconditional love of mothers. It's a day filled with flowers, cards, and gestures of appreciation.

However, for those who have lost their mothers, Mother's Day can be a bittersweet reminder of their absence.

While the pain of losing a mother never fully goes away, there are ways to honor her memory and keep her spirit alive, even on this special day.

One deeply meaningful way to commemorate a deceased mother on Mother's Day is through prayer, particularly by reciting a dua dedicated to her soul.

In Islam, honoring and remembering parents, even after they have passed away, holds great significance. It is considered a way to express gratitude for the love, care, and sacrifices they made during their lifetime.
