LG Care and Delight Service Bus heads to its last stop, the Aqaba governorate

The Care and Delight Service Bus launched by LG Electronics, the global leader and technology innovator worldwide, commenced its journey to its fourth and final free service stop, the Governorate of Aqaba. The Care and Delight Initiative stems from LG Electronic’ strategy in launching a number of unique post-sale services to reward its loyal customers.
The Care and Delight Bus Initiative, unique for its international service and superb local performance that brings about a radical change in the concept of customer service, toured the cities of Amman, Zarqa and Irbid, where it was met by over 558 visitors in 14 days.
The Bus concluded its tour in the Governorate of Aqaba, Main Road next to Al Shuwaikh Mall, where it offered free maintenance services for three consecutive days from the 29th till 31st of March, 2011 for all LG customers to take advantage of this innovative, unique service without the hassle of going to a maintenance center to maintain their various products.
The Care and Delight Bus will also start a new tour during the months of April, 2011 till December of 2011 in different parts of the Kingdom, especially areas whose residents find it hard to reach the maintenance center in Amman including Salt, Zarqa, Madaba, Jerash, Ajloun, Irbid, Karak, Tafileh and Ma’an. The Bus will offer its maintenance services adopting the same fees charged by LG’s maintenance center. Moreover, it will act as a support tool in showrooms tents that will be set up at the Bus’s scheduled stops, as the Bus is not only a moving service center, but also a promotional tool for LG distributors and retailers.
From his side, Mr. Kevin Cha, LG Electronics Levant’s Managing Director, expressed, “The Care and Delight Bus offers swift, quality service to LG customers given that it’s the first of its kind in Jordan. LG Electronics is committed to equip the Bus with state-of-the-art equipment and maintenance materials necessary to conduct efficient and rapid maintenance operations.”
It is worth noting that the Bus is unique for its solar roof designed for efficient electricity generation and service.
The Bus’s maintenance team, consisting of professional engineers and technicians, underwent extensive training courses to qualify for field work and face-to-face customer service. Knowledgeable with the latest technological advancements and maintenance techniques, the maintenance team serviced LG customers in different governorates achieving the highest levels of satisfaction. To ensure customer exposure, LG Electronics has also prepared and distributed promotional materials on the streets and in the media including newspapers, magazines, radio, internet (Facebook), in addition to SMS messages.
