Egyptian singer Tamer Husni has revealed that he will encounter his first acting experience in a television drama during the holy month of Ramadan in the year 2011. Tamer revealed that he finally found the perfect script for a television drama which is suitable for his encountering the silver screen and described it as the bombshell of the season.
Tamer stated that the Egyptian and Arab viewer will see him in a completely different image in the new drama different from any previous role he played on the big screen. Tamer also revealed that the drama will be the biggest television production in the year 2011 and he will be paid the highest wage given to an Egyptian artist in the history of television drama.
The singer is to begin filming the scenes for the new drama after the first Muslim holiday Eid El Fitr which coincides after the holy month of Ramadan. Until this moment the remaining cast for the drama has not been chosen.
