Prominent Egyptian actor Nour El Sharif has decided to halt all his acting projects to be able to travel to London with his daughter Sarah for an intense medical treatment. Nour and Sarah will remain in London for at least two months to complete treatment.
It is said that Nour is going through a very hard time after doctors in France confirmed that his daughter is not suffering from cancer but rather from a very rare disease that has been difficult to treat. After doctors failed to find a cure in France, Nour decided to go to London in hope that doctors there will be able to save his daughter.
This is not the first time that Nour puts his career on hold for his daughter. In the past, Nour turned down his nomination to head the judging committee at the Cairo International Cinmea Festival in order to travel with Sarah for medical treatment.
