Moroccan singer Muna Amarsha denied circulating rumors that she is banned from entering Qatar and stated that she is preparing to hold a live performance there. Muna said that she recently held a private performance in the Qatari capital Al Doha.
According to the London based Elaph, a few months ago it was said that Muna is not allowed to perform in Qatar and was forced to turn down her scheduled performance at the annual Doha Song Festival. The singer said that the reason for her not performing at the festival is due to the mere fact that she was extremely occupied with other projects at the same time.
Muna is currently working on the songs for her upcoming album, which she hopes on releasing during this current year. Muna had released one of the album’s songs as a single. The song is titled “Waynak” (Where are you) and she had filmed a music video for it under the direction of Lebanese director Waleed Naseef.
