Ouch! Medhat Saleh was recently surprised by his son's rejection of his help. The Egyptian singer's son Adham is also getting into the biz, but he's decided he doesn't want his dad's help rising to stardom.

With a sweet concert lined up at the Cairo Opera House, Medhat was hoping to be joined on stage by his aspiring son, but was shocked when his son said no, stressing that he wants to establish his singing career away from his father. He does not want people to say that he became famous by the help of his father and if it wasn't for him he would not have made it.

According to Laha Magazine, Medhat stated that he respected his son's position and hopes that he will accomplish success on his own because he truly has a great singing talent. He added that in order to make it in the music industry, a person must have a great voice that touches the hearts of people, and this is a quality his son possess.
