Lebanese singer Haifa Wahbi admitted that her husband, Egyptian businessman Ahmad Abu Hashima, is a very jealous man and she is always careful not to spark his jealousy by her actions. The singer added that despite his jealousy, her husband does not interfere in her singing career and trusts her enough to always act in a way that is respectful.

Haifa said that she had beat the odds and proved that famous people can have successful marriages. She noted that many had predicted her marriage would not last for more than a few months, but she has proved everyone wrong and stressed that she places great efforts in making her marriage a successful one and prays that her marriage will be everlasting.
The singer stated that she makes great sacrifices in order to make her marriage strong and in return, her husband also makes sacrifices for the same reason.
