Prime Minister of Libya's unity government Fayez Seraj headed to New York to participate in the sessions of the U.N. General Assembly. Seraj, before leaving Cairo, convened with U.N. Libya envoy Martin Kobler to discuss the latest updates following the LNA seizure of the oil crescent region.
