Qatar Sends Condolences to UAE President on Mother's Death

Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent condolences to Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan despite a months-old diplomatic rift between the two Gulf countries.
