Bin Haider Real Estate, part of the Dubai-based 700 million dirhams Bin Haider Group and has declared investments worth 400m dirhams ($109 million) in new projects across the emirates. The investments include new developments at the Dubai International City, Dubai Investment Park, Mirdiff and a residential complex in Ajman.
