New facilities for Tunisian National Library

The Tunisian Minister for Culture and Heritage Preservation, Mr. Mohamed El Aziz Ben Achour, and the Tunisian Minister for Equipment, Residency and Regional Planning, Mrs. Samira Khayach Belhaj, have recently visited the construction site of the new facilities of the Tunisian National Library. <i>La Presse</i> reports that the project spreads over an area of 32.000 square meters, roofed and open, and includes several departments of manuscripts, periodicals and printed materials and also, laboratories, reading and research rooms, conference hall and exhibition hall.
