The launch of a new rural residential and commercial project with a mountain view, Yasmin Village, was recently announced in Ras Al Khaima.
Yasmin Village will offer residents a home away from city life but minutes away from the town's amenities, according to Gulf News. The complex comprises villas, apartments, and office space and community buildings in one location.
The project also plans to use solar energy for lighting throughout the development and will use battery operated vehicles for a shuttle service for residents.
"We are delighted to announce the project,” stated Shaikh Tariq Al Qasimi, Director of Yasmin Village.
“We want to offer something different in real estate - a peaceful sanctuary for families to live in but still enjoy modern day luxuries. We believe that Yasmin Village offers this and more.”
"The project offers a range of residential accommodation and focuses on community life. Set in a prime location 20 minutes from the beach, five minutes from the golf course and 15 minutes from the airport, we believe that the project offers luxury living in peaceful surroundings at an affordable price,” he added.
