Cayan Business Centre, a 12-storey commercial tower will soon be built in the heart of Dubai's Technology, E-Commerce, and Media Free Zone (TECOM) by Cayan property developers.
"Following the high-profile launch of Infinity, the world's first luxury twisting tower with a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea," said a company representative.
Located on Shaikh Zayed Road, the new business centre will offer its tenants and owners the perks and privileges of operating with a free zone, according to Khaleej Times. These include freehold status, which grants 100 per cent ownership to buyers.
