Three residential buildings at The Old Town project were recently opened for sale by real estate giant Emaar Properties.
The Old Town project is part of the Dh73 billion ($20 billion) Downtown Burj Dubai development, according to Khaleej Times.
Residences feature terraces, balconies, parapets (waresh), pergolas, and recesses and niches, with architectural designs that include textures that reflect the gypsum, clay or sarjool plastering used in the early twentieth century.
