As part of its ongoing social responsibilities efforts in the Kingdom, Nissan Middle East held a training session at the Nissan Middle East Training Centre to ensure that the Kingdom’s Government Department Technicians were well versed with Nissan high service standards and operations. The training focused on Patrol model outline, usage of electronic services, manual and wiring diagrams, functions and operations of ECCS, diagnostic tools and usage skills.

“Nissan was very anxious to hold this training session for the Kingdom’s technicians, in conjunction with Al Hamrani United Co. our official distributor in Saudi Arabia,” commented Ibrahim Abu Samra, Fleet Manager at Nissan Middle East. “We acknowledge the Kingdom as one of our biggest markets and we always demand the highest quality and service for everyone driving a Nissan vehicle. This training session ensures that the Government’s technicians are always up-to-date with the latest knowledge to help them serve their customers even better.”

A total of 14 technicians took part in the training sessions, and for the first time NMEF conducted a service contest where three winners were awarded prizes and certificates for their excellence in Nissan service standards. Trips to Dubai were also awarded to the five VIPs of the event, where they stayed at a 5-star hotel and received valuable gifts.
