A total of 4 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of Sunday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Emirates Hills Second that was sold for Dhs24.406 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Mamzer acquired for the sum of Dhs16.4 million and another in Mirdif for Dhs5.3 million.
The Mirdif area was the most active in terms of Sunday's sales, with 2 transactions. Al Mamzer followed it with one deal.
During the period, Emirates Hills Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs24.41 million, followed by the Al Mamzer area, Dhs16.4 million, and Mirdif area, Dhs6.65 million.
The biggest area sold was the 45194 sq ft in the Emirates Hills Second area, which went for Dhs24.41 million. A 20000 sq ft plot in the Al Mamzer Area was acquired for Dhs16.4 million, while 10000 sq ft of Mirdif was disposed of for Dhs5.3 million.
During the period under review 5 mortgages worth Dhs34.29 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs17.35 million for an area at Al Barsha First. There was another for Dhs9.6 million on an area in Um Suqaim Second.
