ALBAWABA - Abbas Sajwani, a 26-year-old billionaire, son of Hussein Sajwani dubbed 'Donald of Dubai', is buying the luxurious Holme estate in London for $250 million.

The father and son duo are big-time real estate developers in their hometown of Dubai and abroad, having recently bought Dubai's Shangri-La five-star hotel for $300m through their real estate development firm AHS Properties.

Abbas’s dad, Hussein, is known as the ‘Donald of Dubai’, referencing Donald Trump; however, their similarities go beyond just real estate development, as Hussein has been a close and personal friend of Donald Trump since 2021, when the former financed the first Donald Trump-branded golf course in the Middle East.

Furthermore, Donald Trump hailed Hussein as a ‘great investor’ after a $20 billion planned investment into US data centers by Hussein. In addition to the investment Hussein has in SpaceX and xAI worth $15.3 billion dollars - safe to say that the Sajwani family are close and important friends of big business heads in the U.S.

The $250 million purchase marks the second most expensive real estate deal in British history - made by Abbas, the self-styled ‘youngest billionaire in global real estate’, touting that he ‘built’ a multibillion-dollar development company in under five years, has made the purchase on behalf of his family, according to the Financial Times.
