The vice chairman of Al-Argan International Real Estate Company Global, Khaled Khudeir Al-Mashaan, expects Al-Argan to enter Kuwait stock exchange in September 2006, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai Al-Aam on September 29.
Al-Mashaan added that the company is about to establish several firms in the Gulf region, among them are Al-Argan Dubai and Al-Argan Bahrain, which is expected to announce two large projects before the end of the current year. The company has already completed the establishment of Saudi Al-Argan Real Estate, which will be announced at the end of Ramadan.
Al-Argan has recently participated in Cityscape Exhibition and in Web Tech Exhibition, where it presented its products at the regional, Arab and international levels. Al-Mashaan mentioned that 40% of Kurum Bahamdoun Project in Lebanon was also completed, and that there are other projects in Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Al-Mashaan was speaking at the end of the general assembly of Al-Argan.
