Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, has signed an agreement with Binghatti Developers to supply district cooling services to the ‘Mercedes-Benz Places|Binghatti City’project in Meydan, for a total capacity of 37,000 refrigeration tons (RT).
