ESKADENIA Software celebrates a decade of achievements with its employees

"The company currently owns 27 software products and is working on upgrading its software so that it can attain the highest levels of technological development in the market and adapt to industry changes "stressed Mr. Nael Salah managing director and founder of ESKADENIA software at the opening speech of the conference, and added "the fact is that ESKADENIA has a variety of different software products that reached a level of maturity and ready to be launched to the world- wide market".

Managing partner and co-founder of ESKADENIA Ms. Doha Abdelkhaleq added that this will have to be done through a highly motivated and effective sales team that truly believes in the potential of the company striving to become the number one software supplier in Jordan and for the Region.

ESKADENIA's employees were also addressed by two speakers; Mr. Steve Collins from Lead International, who focused throughout his speech on leadership and the strength a brand, and Ms. Asma Huneidi brought an interactive discussion around the emotional Intelligence governance to everyday life. This was followed by teamwork and leadership workshops held by Intrinsic Training Services.

The day was wrapped up by cutting the ESKADENIA cake, which is an annual tradition of the company that symbolises collaboration and partnership, and by honouring ESKADENIA's oldest employees, and giving special gifts of recognition.
