Epson gears up for Gulf Print & Pack 2011 with showcase of Stylus Pro printer range

Epson has announced that its Stylus Pro printers will headline its product showcase at Gulf Print & Pack 2011, the only dedicated event for the printing and packaging market in the Middle East and North Africa, which will be held at the Dubai Airport Expo from March 14 to 17, 2011.
Epson's centrepiece showcase at the event will include the Stylus Pro 7900, Stylus Pro WT7900 and Stylus Pro 4900, which all represent a level of printing technology unprecedented within the packaging market. Epson further announced that it will also be presenting the rest of its premium range of printing solutions, including its high-performing large format printers at the Gulf Print & Pack 2011.
The Epson Stylus Pro 7900 sets a new standard for the professional large format printer market as it is ideal for production and contract proofing, as well as the highest quality fine-art and photographic applications.
Targeting the packaging proofing market, the Stylus Pro WT7900 is a 610mm wide (24in) printer that uses the first water-based white ink in the market. The Epson Stylus Pro 4900 combines the precision of Epson's MicroPiezo TFP print head with the performance of Epson UltraChrome HDR ink to deliver high quality prints, fast print speeds, and an extremely wide colour gamut.
