Yusra decides to go with “Red candles”

The famous Egyptian actress Yusra has been struggling for the past six months to select the best scenario for a Ramadan drama production.
According to the London daily Elaph, Yusra reviewed 14 scenarios and chose the new television drama series called “Bil Shame’ Al Ahmar” (With Red Candles). The series was written by Maryam Na’oom, Nadine Shams, Najla Al Hadini and Muhammad Fareed.

 

The series is directed by Samir Saif and will be produced by Jamal Al Adel of ‘Al Adel Group.’ Yusra has started intense sessions with the writer Maryam Na’oom in to create the final look of her appearance in the new series.


  The series will be a new stage to present the image of women’s roles in television drama, said Yusra, and revealed that the new role will be a thrilling one.


 Yusra will choose the stars in the new series, but has declined to give details about the budget of the series. She said that ‘Al Adel Group’ is very generous and always spends what is necessary.
