It's been a looong time, but TV darling Yasmine Abdelaziz has finally accepted an offer to return back to our TV screens. That's right! The Egyptian actress has been absent from the acting world for the past 12 years!

But what's kept her so far away for this long? Yasmine was so fearful of accepting a role that would negatively impact the success she's accomplished since the beginning of her acting career.

According to Laha Mahazine, the starlet wanted to wait for that just-perfect role to mark her return to the screen, and she's found that in the upcoming drama “Ayyam Jalilah” (Jalilah's Days).

Although Yasmine's ambitions and expectations became increasingly complicated as her absence period increased, she's put her fears aside for this Ramadan 2014 series.

“Jalilah's Days, set to be a social comedy series, will be directed by Hisham Anwar Akasha. Other stars nominated to star in the show are actors Ahmed Wafik and Ahmed Said Abdel Ghani.

The last TV drama we saw the young starlet in was “Al Raqs Ala Salalim Mutaharrika” (Dancing on Moving Ladders), alongside the late actress Sana Jamil.
