After news hit the streets about Yara’s plan to visit Saudi Arabia, the Lebanese singer was denied visa entry into the country, and nobody knows why. Looks like it's no limelight in Saudi, at least, this year for the starlet.
According to the Sayidaty website, Yara’s passport was submitted alongside that of her mother and business manager Tareq Abu Judeh to a marketing and exhibition firm for help in procuring entry visas to the kingdom by a big time Lebanese jeweler in Riyadh. The jeweler didn’t initially let it out whom the visas were for. Yara’s passport only shows her real name of “Clara Birqashi”, but the firm was able pick out that lovely face and identify the peeps in the passport pics.
Yara and company were sadly then denied visas and only left the question why.
We want to know whether the celeb was trying to visit Saudi to promo her jewelry line or to perform on stage, while the bigger questions remains of why she got the boot and wasn’t granted a visa at all.
What do you think?
