The 24-year-old flaunted her statuesque physique in a pink mini dress that accentuated her leggy display.
The top of her frock featured a flirty fan detail, while the gold belt around her waist that highlighted her slender figure.
She accessorised with chandelier style earrings and elevated her look with a pair of stilettos.
The Victoria's Secret Model told the late night host that she hopes to see more models in the industry with the skin condition.
Vitiligo is a skin condition in which the pigment cells of the skin are destroyed in certain areas of the body by the immune system.
'I really do hope that there are more [models with vitiligo] in the future… Basically my immune system thinks that my melanin is like a common cold so it fights it off.'
Since storming the modelling scene after her brief stint on ANTM cycle 21, the Canadian-born stunner said she still finds it frustrating when she reads articles saying she 'suffers' from vitiligo.
'Some articles kept writing, they would say, "Winnie Harlow, 24, suffering from vitiligo" I was like, "Do I look like I'm suffering? Come on now." Let's not do that.
'I feel like it's not anyone else's person position to tell me I am "suffering." I don't feel like I am suffering,' she said.
'I am conquering, I am living, I am living my best life in the way that I can and thriving,' she added.
Winnie also spoke walking the Victoria's Secret Show back in November.
'It was number one on my hopes and wishes, it is still, it's never going to move from there because I want to do it every single year.'
She also got a little flirty with Olly Murs on the couch after Jonathan showed off the singer's modelling photos.
Winnie told him: 'I see you like to take a lot of naked pictures, you have a good body that’s why... You like to show it off!'
