Willow Smith obtained a restrained order against an obsessed fan earlier this month.
The singer/actress, 20, says she is being pursued by Walter James Whaley, 38, who traveled from Oklahoma to Los Angeles, California in order to stalk her, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
He must now stay 100 yards away from her at all times and to stop trying to communicate with her.
Smith's filings say that Whaley was able to get onto her California property around Christmas but did not find his way inside the home.
Her personal security called the police about the trespasser and while they were quick to respond, he was not taken into custody.
The doc goes on to say that cops found a Greyhound bus ticket on Whaley which showed he traveled from Oklahoma the day prior.
Security cameras were able to capture the accused sneaking around the property.
Willow - who is the daughter of actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith - said she was worried about her safety in the legal docs, saying she fears Whaley 'will do whatever possible to make physical contact with me.'
Before physically stalking Smith, the docs say Whaley had been contacting Willow on social media, professing his love and even saying he wants to have kids with her.
The star also says she hired a private investigator who was able to discovered Whaley is a convicted sex offender.
After making her acting debut in dad's movie I Am Legend at just seven, Willow breakout moment became her 2010 track Whip My Hair, which she released at just 10-years-old.
She is now at the center of the Daytime Emmy-nominated interview series Red Table Talk along with mom Jada and grandmother Adrienne Banfield-Norris.
