ALBAWABA - 31-year-old Austrian influencer Stefanie Pieper was found dead inside a suitcase in a remote forest in Slovenia.
According to the Styrian State Police, the beauty influencer went missing after attending a Christmas party on Sunday, November 23.
The police added that Pieper and her friend took a taxi back to her apartment. However, concerned family members notified authorities when the influencer failed to show up to a photo shoot. Additionally, authorities also revealed that she didn't show up to work and that her phone was unreachable.

According to the Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung, her ex-boyfriend allegedly confessed to strangling Piper to death and led police to her body, which was found inside a suitcase. The 31-year-old nightclub security guard, Peter M., was arrested by the police alongside his brother and father, who were accused of covering up the murder.
The Styrian police issued a report stating that Peter used his car to travel to Slovenia several times. His car also caught fire in a casino's parking lot.
Police said, "The man is believed to have traveled to Slovenia several times in his car. He could not be contacted by the investigating police."
