Angham left organizers hanging at the recent Alexandria International Song Festival where she was to be the honoree of an award for her great singing achievements over the course of her career.
The Egyptian songstress was notably absent from the festival, but she did come out an apology letter to the organizing committee after the event no show. She said she was sorry for being unable to come and accept the award in person.
Laha Magazine tells us that some have attributed Angham's refusal to make an appearance in Alexandria to the recent surfacing of a leaked document revealing that she had secretly wedded Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz back in 2011. It is unknown if they are now separated or still married, but the rumors out there are many.
Since the document was leaked, Angham has closed her personal cell phone and limited her interaction with her fans on her social network pages Facebook and Twitter.
