Egyptian singer Mohamed Hamaki's upcoming acting project has been brewing for a while now, but he's in no rush to cook it up yet!
Would this have anything to do with it being the singer's first ever acting experience? Probably! The film was set to air during Ramadan 2015, but despite the intensive work sessions taking place with producer Mohammad Mahmoud, a final release date is yet to be confirmed.
Well, not all singers can be as natural as Myriam Fares or Haifa Wehbe in front of the camera! Both Lebanese singers starred in successful dramas last Ramadan, one of which marked Myms's acting debut and viewers totally fell for her!
But it's not only the fact that Hamaki doesn't mind delaying the release for another two years, as long as the end quality is amazing, it's the fact that no storyline or script has yet been selected out of the many him and the producer have at hand, reports Laha Magazine.
On a lighter note, the star celebrated his daughter Farida's birthday and posted a picture with his lil girl in his arms, along with the caption, "Happy birthday my beloved Farida."
