Walid Tawfiq’s new album in stores

Lebanese singer Walid Tawfiq just finished a new video clip for his song “Ya Baher” (the Sea), written by Nizar Francis and composed by Walid.  He worked with producer Walid Nasif and a large crew in Beirut for three days to film the clip, creating its unique style.
 
Walid’s new album “Walid Tawfiq 2007 Ya Baher” (Oh Sea) features 11 songs written by Nizar Francis, Safooh Shaghala, Hani Abed El Kareem, Ashraf Antar, Walid Jalal, Ahmad Darweesh, Shadi Bo Saed, Aziz Al Shafi’i and Ahmad Rashed.

 

He is very proud to present this new album to his fans throughout the Arab world, said Walid, noting the amount of time he spent to prepare it for his for his Arab fans.

 

The album was produced by Walid and distributed by ‘AMA Arabela Company.’  Walid Sa’ed, Ashraf Antar, Muhammad Yahya, Farouq Salameh, Fadi bandali, Shadi Bo Saed, Aziz AL Shaf’i, and Walid himself composed the songs.

 

Album tracks include “Ya Baher” (Oh Sea), to be aired on Arab music satellite channels next month,  “Inta Meen” (Who are you?), “Mitgharab” (Gone Away), “Bahinlak, Faker Habibi” (Do you Remember my Love), “Al Zaman Ada” (This Time), “Tamaa”, “El Donia Fadyah” (Empty World), “Ihsaso Beek” (Feelings for You), “Sabahakk Jilo” (Beautiful Morning), and “Ya Madlli” (Spoiled).
   
The leading Arab singer will hold a number of live concerts this summer, including performances across the Arab world, Europe and Australia.
