Lebanese singer Wael Kfoury is placing the finishing touches on the songs for his upcoming album, soon to be released by ‘Rotana Production Company.’

According to the Qatar based daily, Al Raya, Wael is also in the process of preparing for a two-week tour in Tunisia, where he will hold several performances in different cities.

Wael recently returned to Beirut after a quick 24 hour visit to Cairo where he performed at a sold out charity concert, sponsored by the Rotary Club at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

The singer apologized to journalists and media representatives that he was unable to hold any interviews or press conferences during his visit. He only had time to rehearse for the concert, and then had to rush back to Lebanon, he explained.

On a different note, Wael revealed that he “could care less” about the recent remarks made by Lebanese singer Milhim Barakat, stating that he thinks Wael’s new look is more suitable for a woman.

Wael stated that he is pleased with his new look and feels that it suits him perfectly regardless of what others may think.
