Wael Jassar’s New Year’s Eve concert descended in to chaos after a female fan of the singer was sexually harassed by a fellow concert-goer. The incident caused the women’s husband to become visibly distressed, remonstrating with organizers, demanding a refund.
Jassar also suffered difficulties during the show, having to call for his bodyguards and a diplomatic car to escort whisk him away from trouble.
Egyptian folk singer Amina, and fellow compatriot Amal Maher also appeared at the end of year bash, although seemed to have less trouble that the Lebanese lovely.
Jassar’s wife was also present at the ill-fated concert, scotching all rumors that they had divorced.
