And Lebanese singer Wael Jassar takes this "line" very seriously! The family man said that although his wife and kids join him at some public appearances, that doesn’t mean that he wants them in the spotlight!
The protective father said: “I’m a normal person who lives his everyday life just like anyone else; I attend events with my family and their presence empowers me and keeps me optimistic. My private life is a red line that I prefer not to get into.”

According to Elaph news, Wael said that his support for his daughter Marleen’s singing talent certainly doesn’t mean that he wants a music career for her!
“I see myself (as a young child) in my daughter. If you ask me whether I want her to work in showbiz, I’ll immediately say no; it’s a very tough business filled with obstacles that I’d much rather my daughter avoided. She’s very talented and has a great artistic sense, and that’s not my own opinion but the opinion of renowned artists who have listened to and enjoyed her singing."
Looks like for now Marleen is gonna have to stick to singing in her bedroom with the company of her Karaoke machine!
