The new Lebanese series Lamhat Hobb (Love Glance) tackles a hot love story which faces many obstacles and involves a lot of enmity and dislike due to class discrepancy in the society.
The 15-episode series was scripted by Marwan Najjar and directed by Samir Habshi in his TV drama debut.
Costarring in the series are Vivian Antonios and Badee’ Abu Shaqra who left for the US to finish his studies in acting and direction and where he met the girl of his dreams.
After three years of halt, MBC channel, which produced the series, decided to begin airing it.
Antonios has recently performed in the TV film Mishwar along with the young actor Yorgo Shalhoub. She has also participated in shooting the Lebanese Egyptian series entitled al Jibal Hina Tanhar (When Mountains Collapse) starring Egyptian actress Rogina under the direction of Yousef Sharaf al Din from Lebanon—Albawaba.com
