ALBAWABA - Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson died at the age of 79, American media reported, citing his family on Monday.

According to The Independent, Robertson, the bearded patriarch of A&E Network's "Duck Dynasty," was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, however, his family didn't give more details about the American star's death.

"We celebrate today that our father, husband, and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord," his daughter-in-law Korie Robertson, wife of Willie Robertson, shared via Facebook.

Furthermore, the TV star's son Jase Robertson said on X (formerly Twitter): "My dad has gone to be with the Lord today! He will be missed but we know he is in good hands, and our family is good because God is very good! We will see him again!"
