The episode will feature the star of the television drama that was made about the late singer’s life, prominent Egyptian actress Sabrine.
According to the London based Elaph, Sabrine’s appearance will mark her first since she announced her resignation from the acting world and wore the Islamic headdress Hijab. The television drama was the highlight of Sabrine’s acting career, bringing her tremendous success and making her known throughout the Arab world.
The actress had played the role of Umm Kalthoum to perfection astonishing everyone who watched the drama. The singer had announced her resignation right after she completed the drama and had refused to appear in any public occasion.
